Lab Services Billed To Your Insurance
At Optimal Hormone and Metabolic Health, many of our lab services can be billed directly to your insurance if you meet medical criteria. This means that when your provider determines the tests are medically necessary, your insurance may cover part or all of the cost, making it easier for you to access comprehensive health testing without upfront out-of-pocket expense. We work with you, a Quest Patient Service Center, and your insurance to streamline the process and ensure you get the information you need to optimize your health.
Lab Services at Cash Pay
Our cash-pay lab services through Rupa Health make testing simple and convenient. Your practitioner orders the labs, you pay directly through Rupa, and then visit a Quest Patient Service Center for a quick blood draw—typically just $10. No insurance is required, and once your results are ready, your provider will review them and email you a copy for easy access and follow-up.
